I majored in Cognitive Science with a Specialization in Computing at UCLA, and I’m currently a 1st year Master’s student studying Human-Computer Interaction at UC Santa Cruz. My introduction to accessibility in user experiences was growing up noticing generational differences in technology usage between me and my immigrant parents. So as I started diving deeper into the field in college, I learned more to see design as more than just aesthetics. It’s also a powerful tool to bridge these gaps and strive towards technology equity, something I’m deeply passionate about.
